 President’s Medal

Tom Rice

Whereas:  Tom Rice has worked tirelessly as a member of the Board of Directors of the Florida Veterans’ Hall of Fame Society, and
Whereas:  Tom Rice volunteered to be the Vice President for the Society, and
Whereas:  Tom Rice on numerous occasions provided personal financial support to the Society, and
Whereas:  Tom Rice Chairs Northwest Florida Veterans Tribute Tower Committee, which hosts an annual Veterans Day Ceremony at Beal Memorial Cemetery, and
Whereas:  Tom Rice was recently awarded the President’s Volunteer Service Award by President Trump “on behalf of a grateful nation”. 
Therefore, be it known that:
Tom Rice is awarded the 2021 President’s Medal, from the grateful members of the Florida Veterans’ Hall of Fame Society.
